Sorry, don’t give a chit anymore about SCOTUS. They proved that they are as totally corrupted as Congress with the DNA ruling last week.

Well right after their Obamacare ruling oh and their ruling that govt can take private property from one individual and give it to another individual.

I think the reason Obama put one of his pals on the Supreme Court is so he could know what was going on there ahead of time. Since I haven’t seen any Supreme Court push pieces trying to influence Justices (”you’re so great, Justice Kennedy, etc), we may be in for a rough month.

These SCOTUS updates are giving me a horrible reminder of a year ago this month when we were anxiously awaiting the Obamacare decision.

yes... that was one of the saddest days ever. The SCOTUS was corrupted... the final straw.

Not today. Only three cases

1. Victory for raisin farmers v USDA, ninth circuit must take case.

2. The Sentencing guidelines enacted at the time of a crime must be used.

3. Fraud case.

Well, they no longer need to do that since they’ve been able to successfully subject Roberts to blackmail!!
