If you ask the question "Why did he say that?" it becomes more clear. His language is worrisome.
Given Chief Roberts' recent bizarre opinion (ACA), I think it merits scrutiny.

Yes. There can be no balance of power if one branch of the government can spy on and thus blackmail or subvert the other branches. This is a crisis and if not dealt with swiftly and effectively spells the end of our nation as we know it.

Did Holder admit to spying on Supreme Court? The NSA PRISM Program gave 0bama and his thugs the tidbits he needed to get Roberts to go along with 0bamascare, and Boehner to shut up and retire to the nearest bar.
