I hope our ruling class has enough respect for the rule of law to avoid forcing us to resort to that final defense of liberty. The tree of liberty must from time to time be watered, but I am not anxious to make that necessity any more frequent than the parasites among us demand.

I hope he will get a chance to correct his terrible error. Roberts could easily rule that ObamaCare is unconstitutional based on a different challenge, and that may make the difference between a peaceful return to the rule of law and the ugly alternative path back to the rule of law.
