There is no evidence that the FBI has contacted a single tea party group in its criminal investigation of the Internal Revenue Service, according to the groups the IRS abused.
“We have not been contacted by any federal investigative agency and, to date, none of our clients have been contacted or interviewed by the FBI,” Jay Sekulow of the American Center for Law and Justice told The Daily Caller on Thursday. The ACLJ has filed suit against the IRS on behalf of 25 conservative groups, with additional groups being added in the next couple weeks, according to a spokesman.

The FBI was to busy investigating Benghazi and due to the sequester they didn’t have enough agents to look into the IRS scandal.

Yep, it’s the people vs the government. The people have some guns but they don’t have drones.
So, the wisest fool- never says a word. No wonder our Senate is full of wise men, with foolish deeds.

Well, if the answer doesn’t entail first of all getting close to the love of God and sharing it around with both believer and nonbeliever... the result will be hell on earth. There’s NOTHING man can do of himself that will be of avail here. No politics, no plan, no politician. If every politician could be a Herman Cain or a Sarah Palin, it wouldn’t fix the woes of an America whose people are wallowing in Satan’s game.
The FBI is another example of the NAZI mindset and bureaucracy.
The legislators, in ‘crafting’ their laws garner the input and requirements of experts, many of them from the very FedGov groups they oversee. Additionally, the Courts have held that those same ‘expert’ bureaucrats should be given ‘latitude’ in determining just how far to implement the self-crafted rules of implementation.
As a result, the courts consider it a legislative prerogative to give the creation of the implementing rules to the bureaucrats and will rarely intercede. Meanwhile the legislators claim that it is the executive branch that is responsible for the overreach.

As I recall, there is an IRM document posted on the Internet and has been updated after the mess erupted. The document says that IRS is investigated by TIGTA - Treasury Inspector General, not FBI. Where is this FBI stuff coming from?

For civil rights violations as well as felonies committed by IRS employees in the releasing of private tax information (classified tax returns and donor lists).

Americans were denied their civil rights, and no FBI interest?
