My race-baiting Chicago Democrat baby boy was out of his mind when he bought that Rolex, looted his campaign fund, and evaded taxes ... and his depression was caused by oppression ... due to repression and discrimination!

The curious thing...if the federal guys hadn’t gotten involved....the district would have continued year after year....reelecting this guy. For all we know....there’s forty bi-polar Congressmen sitting in the House today.

Well... insanity does run in that family.

This psychopath is no more bipolar than I am. What a travesty. But then that's what shysters are for I guess.

He has the “disorder” of being a Democrat politician.

Within a few years doctors will have a genetic test available to see if you're really bipolar or just crooked.
Probably be a good idea to test EVERYONE who runs for political office ~ make it a constitutional requirement in fact.

The lawyer might be right. Anyone who would pay $43,350 for a gold PLATED Rolex must be insane.
For that kind of scratch, I would demand solid gold.

Not guilty by reason of Democrat thugocracy.

It is unlikely that Mr. Jackson will be able to establish a trusting relationship with a Bureau of Prisons psychiatrist quickly enough to maintain his progress toward improved mental health, the lawyers saidYes, because every other inmate feels safe and warm and trusting from their very first day behind bars. /sarc>

It is unlikely that Mr. Jackson will be able to establish a trusting relationship with a Bureau of Prisons psychiatrist quickly enough... Wait a minute there! If I were the judge I'd take that as an argument for a longer sentence - so that poor Mr. Jackson would have plenty of time to relate to the shrink. "Thank you, counseler, your client is hereby sentenced to 25 years."
