Palin: 'Special Interest' Amnesty Bill Rewards 'Rule Breakers'
Big Government ^ | June 15, 2013 | Tony Lee

Former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin said the Senate's "special interest" immigration bill rewards "rule breakers" and was not the way to rebuild a conservative majority in America of people who want to restore the country's founding principles.

Josh, the rules she is referring to are the new rules under the legislation her policy would spark.

It is not referencing the rules already on the books today.

If they followed through with requirements of the legislation, they would stay here.

If they didn’t, then they would be deported.

I believe you were under the impression that if the rules in effect today were not followed, she would send them home. That’s not what she meant.

Well, what the PDS’ers refuse to admit is that when she did that Univision, she was McCain’s VP candidate and not at the top of the ticket and thus not authorized to contradict his stated policy. This was all Steve Schmidt’s BS, and before she went rogue. Remember what she said in her book about his script and the crap that happened when she went off it?

Most of them don’t pay the coyotes in cash, they pay by bringing in drugs- may not be able to pay the fines by hauling drugs for the government...just saying.

I agree with what you posted; illegals should never, ever get citizenship. Otherwise how can we look the people in the eye that have and are doing the process legally?

Those of us on the border saw all of this coming years ago, no one wanted to listen to us then. Now here we are and not sure we can turn this around. The libs and groups like La Raza have had all this time to organize and frame the issue the way they wanted to set this up. Changing legal terminology/talking points propaganda and playing the race card has really worked for them. At this point most people don’t even know there is a way for people from Mexico, Guatemala, etc. to come here legally and work here legally and even legally become citizens.

I’m so disgusted by what I’m seeing. They have been planting the seeds, for a long time.

Just curious. Do you think we should ignore everything Biden says because he’s merely the V. P.?

Okay let’s just limit it to a campaign season. Should we not hold it against him the thinks he says during campaigns where he’s the V. P. on a ticket?

I don’t think you would advocate giving him a free pass. Why would you try that sort of thing for Palin?

That’s right. Nobody wanted to listen. I don’t live on the border, but I’ve seen what it has done to my region.

Listen up fellow Freepers, you think you know all about it now. Wait until your region is literally filled with Hispanics who have been her less than a generation, some legal and many not.

"...Palin: 'Special Interest' Amnesty Bill Rewards 'Rule Breakers'"

... Well.... Yes ... Of course it does!!! That's exactly why the Democrat Party supports it. Rule Breaking is considered a desirable righteous virtue amongst the Liberals ... Look at what they do with their politicians that caught up in a serious scandal. They get celebrated and promoted or transferred to a better position. And heck .... if you are a terrorist in the US .... after you serve your time and get out of prison ... you just simply head over to your local College or University and get hired, with open arms, as a highly paid professor of note. None of that is available to you if you are a Conservative of course!!! Yup .... Life is good if you are a Liberal.

..... So, keeping that in mind .... when the time finally comes ..... when the Illegal Trespassers finally get their papers ... the new protected Liberal Electorate will have a golden road paved for them by the taxpayers of America.... Courtesy of the Democrat Party. The party that worships Liberal law breakers.

I’m starting to get a very small inkling that she’s running.

Good for her. Now it appears she’s on the record on the Senate bill. So are a lot of RINOs.

Now let’s see what she says about the House bill that will be put forth by Boner-Rove’s “bi-partisan” Amnesty task force.

Looks like she has had a change of heart Doughty, because this is a clear break from McCaniacs position.

It is a stance one might expect from a person wanting to court the conservative base. I haven’t seen the video, so can’t comment on anything other than what was in the ping.

I hope she is ready to push the issue, but having just rejoined FNC may limit her.

Hey you can point out whatever you want..but I really dont know what you want from her..an essay explaining every single thing on your list..she said what she said today, period..maybe later on she might clarify things even further that will satisfy you but she gave a speech, not a 10 page essay and what she said was absolutely right, you dont reward people who committed a crime(Who are rule breakers) with amnesty, that simple

Sarah gets it right as usual and understands that this amnesty bill will turn our country into a third world socialist state if made law.
Please try to get to the Capital lawn 10 am - 2 pm in DC this Wednesday to oppose this.
What I think started as a grievance rally against the IRS has added this to the rally. Michele Bachmann will also be a speaker at this event.

The real danger is not the Senate’s Amnesty bill which will not pass the House.

The real danger is the “bipartisan” Rove-Boner-McConnell Amnesty bill that’s being crafted in the House.

That’s the Amnesty Bill that needs to be stopped.

It may mean that. Unfortunately, she didn’t elaborate. Is there a deal killer in it for her, above and beyond the normal pandering to the illegal? If so, this may not mean much. If not, it may mean a sea change in her views.

She says she doesn’t want to give perks to lawbreakers. I think that’s great.

In her prior statements she said no rewards for illegals. Then she advocated for instant legality and pathway in the same interview. It’s just hard to tell what her full take is these days.

I guess we’ll see in time.

Can I just say that it really bothers me when people say things like, I don’t support rewards, and then they turn right around and explain why this is a good deal for the illegal. It just rubs me the wrong way.

It certainly will be. The Elites will be just fine. They’ve sucked wealth and power out of the Country. They will be leaving crumbs for the rest of us to fight over. They took an Oath to uphold the Constitution. Their actions are TREASONOUS.

The Rats in the Senate will take the things that they do not like out of the Amnesty Bill in conference if passed by the House. It must be stopped there.
