I retired 18 months ago and still kept my iPhone...come February, I’m going cold turkey - nada....gone. I’m gonna sell all my iPhones to one of them online re-packagers and document it to the hilt...who knows? They may end up with Abdul, or Mohammed or Ishtar - whoever, and I can show the FBI all the paperwork....

Jailbreak the phone, and delete that app. They cannot stop you.
I did the Jailbreak thing on my iPhone, and I am very happy that I did.
