I think they have to fly in separate planes for security reasons, just as the President and Vice President would never fly together. You can't risk having the current President and the 2016 Democratic nominee risk geting killed in the same crash.
Hillary will have to make way for Michelle Lurleen Obama...after all, a black woman President will be more exciting to the pundits than a white woman President. They are equally void of accomplishments--it's just that Hillary has held a couple of official positions.
