The White House is reporting progress on President Barack Obama’s initiatives to reduce gun violence, but says the most important step would be getting a reluctant Congress to pass new firearms laws.
Vice President Joe Biden was announcing Tuesday that the administration has completed or significantly advanced 21 of the 23 executive actions that Obama ordered in January in response to the Connecticut elementary school shooting that killed 20 first-graders and six staff members.

Oh, ok. I fell better now. You see, I was worried about the 23 Executive Orders. But since it is Biden, well, it's just hard to take that guy seriously.
Also the "...completed or significantly advanced..." phrasing sounds a little like the idiotic reports about jobs where they claim "...created or saved..." which everyone knows was complete and utter BS. So this tells me their "progress" on these is similarly complete BS. It had better be - I think they realize that if they push these, they are likely to kick off American Revolution II.
