On Monday, conservative talk radio host Rush Limbaugh exposed the Republican politicians, donors, and consultants in the permanent political class that want the immigration bill to pass so they can benefit at the expense of American workers.
He said "big money" has trumped politics and principles in the push for "amnesty."
"I think a number of elected Republicans are taking a look at their donors, and are listening to their consultants, and they are seeing that people that are donating big amounts of money to them want amnesty," Limbaugh said on his show on Monday.

D U H, Rush.
Ouch... that may leave a scar
Given the half trillion we spend on defense contractors every year, I suspect crony capitalism is behind the NSA constitution shredder as well.
Larry Ellison is a biggie donor.
Won’t it be simply WONDERFUL if Jeb runs?
Gosh won’t that be a TREAT? Golly...!
I’m SURE you all are delighted about THAT, right?
Kinda funny that nobody mentions that James Clapper was an executive with the same company that Snowden worked for. Wonder what kind of stock he walked away with.
Someone had better make sure his medicine cabinet is clean before he goes talking smack about the gop establishment again.
it’s what happens when there is no accountability when tax payers trillions goes missing............
Better yet, what kind of INFO did he walk away with?
It’s refreshing to see Rush Limbaugh call out the GOP on this immigration bill that will help destroy American jobs and take the Republican party’s ability to win presidential elections with it. Rush is getting better with age.
Once again, the path of least resistance enhances one’s bank account.
This is what happens when corporations are too big too fail... with the promise of taxpayer dollars or cash that just rolls off the printing presses the US government has deleted the checks and balances that make free markets work.
market pressure is no longer determining what companies pay their workers... the government does. so instead of pandering to consumers... big corporations pander to government to protect their bottom lines.
There - He said it!
And he’s right, though I think most here already knew.
Just say “NO” to Scamnesty.
They learned this back in the 1970’s when it suddenly dawned on them that a few hundred thou strategically invested in K Street lobbying would producer greater ROI than investing tens of millions in new plants, technologies, hiring or training workers.
Lets don’t even joke about it. :-)
So...is Rush going to divorce himself from La Raza Rubio?
Under W we were told they would build the fence. They passed a law, but they never funded it. They got caught. I remember Chertoff saying ok you win were actually building the fence. I remember George W Bush at a portion of new double fence near El Paso. Finally I thought they're really building the fence. Alas, it was another head fake.
June 14th 2013
“The Secure Fence Act of 2006 called for 700 miles of double-layered fencing. However, the Department of Homeland Security built only 283 miles of fence. And, only 34 miles were double-layered, including 4.5 miles in Douglas, half a mile in Naco, 19 miles at Yuma, and 10 miles at San Diego, said Spencer.”
Why in the world would we believe and/or trust that they will do it this time?
The double fence would work, along with hidden surveillance cameras and ready response teams. Drones could be dispatched to video and follow border fence violators. can't afford it you say? I just heard we spent over TWO BILLION dollars on cell phones for the poor in one year.
BUILD THE FENCE**** Secure The Border.
Indeed and he should be credited for doing so.

Good for Rush—and not a month too soon!
His reluctance to buck the Establishment has given Rubio and his crew incredible headwinds. Let’s just hope the tide is turning in time.
