I agree with most of your sentiment, but not the overeducated part. I would doubt her exposure to classic literature as well as well as a thoughtful study of the great philosophers, how many languages does she speak? Just because she may have a doctor of psychology does not make her educated.

Students in a general psychology class at Columbia State Community College were directed by their professor to wear “Rainbow Coalition” ribbons for an entire day and express their support for the homosexual community, said Travis Barham, an attorney with the Alliance Defending Freedom.

I would be happy to comply: I support homosexuals in our community. I pray for them to find God. I pray for them to find the strength they need to follow God's Word. I pray for them to resist or ignore the harmfully enabling encouragement from members of the gay lobby, such as this professor. I will cheerfully express my support for these people and for the salvation of their immortal souls. As for wearing a rainbow, why not? I could put it on this shirt with a tag, "I like pretty colors, even when they mean S#%@!" I wouldn't mind wearing that to class.
