Don West (defense) is questioning Wendy, the person heading up neighborhood watch. She is the one that ran the class for GZ I believe.

It’s my opinion that she is NOT a good witness for the prosecution, even though she is their witness.

IMHO Zimmerman is blessed with an excellent defense team . . . PRAYER is effective. Second guessing and armchair quarterbacking are not particularly helpful at this time.

I was undecided on the quality of his team, but with prayer on his side I'll agree with you. God's team will win, and I will pray for Him to help Zimmerman's team.

juries quite often return verdicts based not upon the evidence, but upon emotions, and their opinion of the litigants. witness the OJ simpson trial. there is a name for this: jury nullification. if you start off by implying that the jury is ignorant, or even stupid, you tend to create a ‘horn effect’ (opposite of halo effect) in the minds of the jury.

Jurors always seem to hold it against the defendant when they do not testify. I hope he does too. He has nothing to hide.

Every juror swore up and down that they knew nothing about the case. Well, if you live in Florida...you do know about the case. Don’t be surprised if the defense has a picture of one of the jurors at a rally...Doesn’t matter which side...

The law says either the parents OR a representative can be in the courtroom. Sybrina is there — so why is Parks there???

That’s the thing. I don’t think that is what he meant and I don’t think they did either. I think it was almost the equivalent of an inside joke between him, the judge, the prosecutors and the jury.

You could argue that he made the jury feel like they were in on inside information and a part of the “courtroom” team.

The suit the GZ has on today really makes him look very broad in the chest and shoulder area. He really needs to downplay his size.

All the state's witnesses have either offered nothing to the case, as in didn't remember anything, or they helped the defense greatly.

The prosecution's case is falling apart and blowing away in the wind!
