After five years of referring to climate change as a long-term climate and humanitarian problem, President Obama is trying a new strategy. In a speech Tuesday to sell a package of regulations to limit greenhouse gases from power plants, Obama will list the ways a warming planet impacts human health now, White House officials say.
The strategy may have legs.
The administration has directed several government agencies to work together on a wide-ranging effort to try to quantify the "social costs" of climate change, including health effects.
How is climate change expected to affect human health? The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and climate experts illuminate the top five ways.
1) More heat waves, more heat-related deaths
2) More asthma and worse allergies
3) More mosquito bites and the diseases they carry
4) Stressed agriculture, questionable nutrition
5) Contaminated water spreading pathogens

Climate change is certainly a health issue in Australia.
It has got so cold, we are all about to get frost bite.
The LARGEST concentration of “greenhouse gases” comes from WATER, you idiots...
We’re all gonna die!!
Don’t drink the contaminated water that drains off the DC swamp, that’s for sure. And don’t breathe the gasses emanating from Capitol Hill.

The Science and Public Policy Institute has released a ground-breaking book chronicling the many benefits of atmospheric CO2 concentrations. The 55 benefits discussed are drawn exclusively on the peer-reviewed literature.
Many books and reports rail against mankind’s usage of fossil fuels such as coal, gas and oil because of the carbon dioxide or CO2 that their combustion releases into the atmosphere.
Indeed, this phenomenon is routinely castigated in numerous print and visual venues as a result of the unproven predictions of catastrophic CO2-induced global warming that are derived from theoretical computer-driven simulations of the state of earth’s climate decades and centuries into the future.

- More heart attacks from mowing the yard after grilling half a cow
- More skin cancer from trips to the beach
- Lower exposure to colds and flu mean possibly lower immune response
There is a sexually transmitted disease called LIFE and it is lethal. Anyone that has it is gonna die sooner or later. Some have thought they beat it by living to be over 100 years in the end, but it was still terminal.
More people in the eastern states will freeze to death during harsh winters for lack of coal and oil than die of greenhouse gases in a hundred years. And die of NY heat in the summertime heat waves without air conditioning. Pampered American liberal idiots have no idea how rough it would really be without the luxuries, er, necessities (manufacturing, transportation, heat, cooling, food, water, electricity, etc.) provided by coal, gas and oil.
I remember working in Massachusetts tech corridor in the 1980s and experiencing rolling blackouts in the summertime.
Can’t think things have gotten much better on the energy side (especially with the push to get people to charge their cars up day and night).
Computer companies don’t get much work done when the power is turned off.
My fear?
Massive heat rash
That image is real, but it is taken during a Ham-sing, a dust storm from Arabia. Happens when the wind shifts. Sky turns orange, and it gets hotter than hell.
The pyramid was moved in the photo. Both are the same image. The one on the cover was shopped to fit the format.
They’ve also been busted running a picture of a herd of zebra which consisted of the same one shopped around to make more.
Why is everything out of DC a lie wrapped around a conspiracy ?
