There is a reason we were not allowed to bring the danged things into any controlled access areas of a facility. It didn’t matter of they were on/off, batteries/SIM cards removed. The only way to be sure was to not have them around.

The only way to be sure was to not have them around.” That is what I concluded. It is not the phone that lies during airplane mode, but its the people who cant be trusted who possess them. Snowdon wanted them in a cooler so he knew no-one was recording him. Same with those gov jobs.
