It would be a hell of a time for someone to accidentally flip a wrong switch at a substation. I remember when the whole western grid went out in 97 (i think). I was with my boys at an event in phoenix (inside) then all the suddent it got hotter than hell. when I drove back I was wondering why all the street lights all the way down mcdowell road were out.
This is now he has bugged everyone in this administration, easy to see. Glad I retired 33 years ago.
