Don’t count on it; they are crushing dissent, and making an example of her to instill fear in others. OJ Simpson (a murderer subsequently found guilty of wrongful death) was acquitted for the same nonsense.

IIRC, Deen commented in an interview about the Wookie on her show, how she'd never seen anyone put it away like that and how she even kept eating during the commercials.
Miz all healthy and skinny prolly got her own svelte self all incensed over the comment (as if we had no clue to her dining habits), and ordered the media hit.

The Dean destruction and the Zimmerman trial are meant to distract people from what is really going on in this nation and the world. Plus they support the left’s point of view that white people are constantly seeking to put down blacks and must be punished for real and imagined sins. When Paula Dean is publicly humiliated and destroyed, the black community cheers and feels their man Obama is doing his job. Once she is gone they’ll did up another rich white person or Republican politician to destroy based on something said in the past.
While the media is spinning about Dean and Zimmerman, Benghazi goes out of the headlines and the cram down of amnesty is not central in the average voter’s mind. The average citizen is distracted from the arming Syrian rebels, the meltdown in Egypt, the increasing aggressiveness of China and Russia, Iran getting nuclear weapons, the dismal state of the economy, the infiltration of the American government by radical Islamists, the disaster of Obamacare, or the increasing tyranny of the federal government.
Plus, if Michelle really was offended by something Dean said, the destruction of Dean is a message to anyone in the elite establishment who might choose to cross the first family. The implosion of Paula Dean shows how quick the rich and famous can be brought down if the powers behind the curtain decide to bring them down.

My spidey sense tells me that the $PLC (Southern Poverty Law Center) had something to do with this. Who do the $PLC hate above all others? White Southern Christians.
Maybe the $PLC set her up because; 1) they are very mean, 2) they hate the South, 3) they love kicking up dirt and last but not least—they love to make lots of money from kicking up the dirt. Paula Deen has lots of money—go after her. Lots of demonization of those White Southern Christians which brings in lots more contributions from the demented liberals.
I think the $PLC is involved in a set up of Paula Deen. Don’t you think that it is very odd that she was asked if she had ever used the N word in her life? How was that relevant to the charges brought against her by the disgruntled employee? I can see how whe would we asked if she ever called an employee or customer that, but not have you ever used the N word in your entire life. What is this confession? This was a fishing expedition to make her look bad so that she could be sued.
Follow the money, I’ll bet the employee’s lawyers are somehow connected to the $PLC.
