Yes, there is racism in this country, and every other country, and always will be. Where is most of it coming from in our country? The black community.

The thing that is disgusting is that whites do nothing about it. I guess whites are sick in the moral or spiritual sense. Too busy eating, drinking, drugging, copulating, having a good bowel movement, snoring and attending "The Games" to attend to the on going conquest.

Kim Ratliff got elected as a Democrat stealth candidate, hiding on the all-Democrat election ticket. She remained invisible as other than a Democrat prior to being elected.
The reason for this is that she is a frequent flyer racist and antisemite, a supporter of “Reverend” Farrakhan, and so repugnant in her official actions that other politicians refuse to be seen with her.
Based on the tone of her comments I'm guessing she was one of the commissioners who was not talking to the manager. So maybe she's the one who need to work on establishing "a good working relationship with all people" and drop the racist crap.
So it is the fault of white county manager Harry Jones that racist black county commissioners won’t talk to him?
And the only solution they can think of is that the next county manager must be black.

She is verbalizing a practice which has been going on in the South for a long time. Most towns and cities haven’t had a white chief of police in many years.
