Chicago Police Officer Richard A. Rizzo has been arrested four times in the past seven years, but that’s not enough to get him fired from the department. Rizzo has been arrested for domestic battery, child endangerment and aggravated assault with a gun. Yet while members of the general public are expected to pay fines or go to jail, prosecutors have dropped charges against Rizzo each and every time.

A different set of laws apply to this thug.
You can read some interesting stuff aboit this guy on the Chicago cop blog, “Second City Cop”. His fellow cops there don’t have much good to say of him.

He make way more $80k per year. He is also getting a full ride on his retirement to the tune of $30k+ per year. He also gets full medical for him, his wife and children to the tune of $14,500.
What about his cash bonus??

What do they let this guy do? With his background he is any defense attorney’s dream date in court. Negative records on law enforcement are admissible. It is part of the Brady decision. With that many arrests he must have lied about something.
