Judges told the jurors to disregard the fact that Serino believed GZ was truthful. Mark that on for appeal if there is a conviction.

Wait. I’m confused. I thought that this ruling was going to be decided this afternoon and the judge went ahead and instructed to jury to disregard. This is a horrible ruling, so if he said he found him to be lying that would be disregarded? Lol

Since when can’t a 16 year police veteran and professional at discerning the truth from lies not express what he believes?????
