Focus needs to be on when the prosecution begins to make their case, including GZ acting with a depraved mind. Don't they have to prove that? Have they even gotten close?

The reality is the judge should throw this out as there is NO CASE but the pressure from the race baiters is apparently quite powerful.

Yes — to the six jurors (and the judge, if they’re going for a directed verdict). No one else’s opinion counts.

Certainly not in *my* view. The way I see it, after the prosecution rests, a FAIR judge unafraid of outside influence should issue a directed verdict of not guilty to the jury.
However I don’t think Judge Debby is either fair or uninfluenced.
So it’ll be up to the jurors.
My take is that much of what Bernie says is barely relevant to the facts, it’s just intended to poison the air and program the jury. He doesn’t have anything tangible.
