Restaurants, hotels, contractors and other small business owners have aggressively limited their employees to a 30 hour week to avoid Obozo Care, killing their business.

Many owners are cooperating with each other to enable good workers to work with other small businesses.

Young healthy singles/couples are negotiating their health care with doctors on a cash per visit basis. They can’t afford the costs of Obozo care via insurance, and they are healthy and don’t want to pay for the health care of the illegals and chronic unemployed.

On Tuesday, the administration unexpectedly announced a one-year delay, until after the 2014 elections, in a central requirement of the law that medium and large companies provide coverage for their workers or face fines.

Looks like the face of medicine is changing really quickly in response to ozerocares imminent failure.
Is this the magical hand of capitalism always at work?

Here’s a clip from the above link.

“Retail clinics offering convenient care growing rapidly. They seek physician assistants but job-seekers should study the model carefully.

What do pharmacy giants CVS Caremark and Walgreen Co., retailer Target Corp. and grocery store chain Kroger all have in common? They all hire physician assistants.

As unlikely as it seems, the companies don’t just sell drugs, housewares and six-packs. They are on the forefront of a new type of healthcare delivery of services called retail medicine. Through their MinuteClinics, Little Clinics and Take Care Clinics, they are putting a new face on primary care by offering convenient, low-cost patient care.

The estimated 1,350 in-store clinics nationwide are growing rapidly and according to some reports could rise to 3,000 by 2016. They are popular with patients who can stroll in without an appointment seven days a week for such routine care as ear infections, school physicals and flu shots.

Most clinics are staffed by mid-level providers – physician assistants (in states where they are allowed) and nurse practitioners. The providers collaborate with a physician but usually work alone.”

Since obamcare is a tax will a future Congress wake up one day and simply say hey we don’t need no more taxes lets get rid of this.
Once of the rumors of the black mailed Supreme Court John Roberts decision on declaring obamcare a tax was that if a Congress ever wanted to get rid of it the simple fact that its called “a tax” makes it far easier to accomplish. We shall see.
