The Obama administration will not penalize businesses that do not provide health insurance in 2014, the Treasury Department announced Tuesday.
Instead, it will delay enforcement of a major Affordable Care Act requirement that all employers with more than 50 employees provide coverage to their workers until 2015.

and upheld by the Supreme Court?

What about all the ObamaCare tax increases on medical device manufacturers, medicare surcharges, etc that have already been collected so far this year? Will Obama be providing refunds?
Since Obamacare is now the law of the land, can the Republicans take the administration to court to force Obama to enforce the law he championed? Didn’t he take an oath to uphold the law?
If the law says 2014, obamma cannot change it to a later date! The law is the law. The RATS needs to be held accountable during the 2013 elections. This is just a ploy to help the RATS.

Doing a little reading on this and it looks like this is strategic. It gives employers more time to dump health insurance benefits so employees have to buy personally to avoid the individual mandate.

He managed to illegally push this past the 2014 elections when, I predict, the Republicans will tear him a new one.
But it pushes it a year closer to the 2016 election. He’s hurting whoever the RAT candidate for Pres will be.
We’ll have had about a year and a half of full blown nobamacare by the 2016 election. Should be interesting.
What about the individual mandate? Will all those unemployed college graduates have to get their won insurance?
