Yeah I liked Perry for a while until he imploded in that debate and looked like a total dumnass. GOP-E didnt do it. No, he off-ed himself. It’s sad really because Perry is a great American. So we need someone like Perry but without the Doofus sauce.

So tough that he employed illegals to do his yard work. That shows he was just a hypocrit in my book.

Romney’s first mistake was running for governor as a lifelong abortionist/homosexualist big government statist. He Could never recover from that no matter how much he and the GOP-e lied about it. The nation thirsts for a true pro-God, pro-life, pro-family, pro-small government, liberty defending, constitution defending, America defending conservative and will accept no lying pretenders.

I'll never forget what ALL of these leftist-RINO's have done to this country.

This article still makes Perry look like he was giving away the store to Hispanics.
Perry was not.
He was working within the reality of what the Feds have forced on us.

Perry could not even veto the “in state tuition” bill
Which was overwhelmingly passed into law, NOT because we want to give free college to illegals, but because we are stuck with them in Tx due to the Fed.
The Fed says, “you cant deport em,and you must give them education K-12”
So we said, “Do we limit them to HS and have them become potential burdens on the tax payers of Tx? or do we allow them to become productive by affording them the same tuition that we would have given anyone else that lived here all their life?
We chose the later with the caveat that you must become a legalized citizen.

So we need someone like Perry but without the Doofus sauce.

It's been stated many times before, but I'll repeat one more time.

Perry had just had and was recovering from back surgery. Should he have entered the race, at all, considering his recent surgery? IMO, no. I think he'd have done himself most good by supporting other candidates/issues on the campaign trail and be perfectly set up for 2016.

His "doofus sauce" was temporary...as in pain meds. Have you ever listened to any of Perry's speeches/talks outside of the last presidential debates?

He was also attacked ruthlessly from the beginning.
He was sliced and diced here.

I will never forgive Cain for trying to smear him with the ridiculous niggerhead claim.

I don’t think he self-destructed. I think the GOPe wanted him to lose just as they did when McLame ran.

DING DING DING!

He jumped the gun in his haste, and took a lot of wind out of Palin’s sails.

I voted against Obama in the general, just like I did the last time with McShame. I pray we can get a conservative on the ballot in 2016. This lesser of two evil GOP-e bullshit just is not working out for America.

Heck, I would make a better candidate than the names being thrown around.
Do you know the kind of damage you could do to the overreaching federal-agencies just by enforcing laws?

* The NSA's data-collection methods could easily rise to qualify for this.

All true.

I’ve done well to forgive (or at least shelve) some of that slicing and dicing,
as I kind of figure those who did so felt they were righteous in purpose.

Ate up with the dumbass, but righteous in purpose. So they felt.

I’ve toyed with the idea of a list of all the destructive crap Obama
has done contrasted with a simple statement.. “At least we didn’t get somebody suggesting that evil Gardasil crap!”

Perry’s sin was that he took a calculated political risk to garner the hispanic vote by using the “heartless” line.

He should have stuck to explaining why the bill was passed in Tx.

The heartless comment made the base turn on him in a NY second.

"He may still have a trick or two up his sleeve though."

I'm hoping he does.

I guess Obama somehow reminds you that you are glad you didnt vote for Romney.

Actually he does -- Imagine how little resistance to things lile amnesty the GOP would put forth with their guy in the office. Moreover, they are both Socialists.

The hatred of Romney is unnecessary but whatever he is the least of our problems now.

No; Romney is exactly what is wrong with the GOP: talk and action are utterly discordant.
They are clouds that promise rain, but never give a drop.

Compounding Romney's hypocrisy and history as a Democrat(R) was his endorsement of RomneyCare.

The Vichy RNC/GOP-e committed political hari-kari by running 0dunga-Lite to represent the Party of Reagan.

Cain’s campaign manager accused Perry of being behind the scandal involving that woman. The decent thing would have been for Cain to apologize after it was found to be untrue, but he never did. That right there, along with the niggerhead thing, put me off Cain.

The stench of the GOPe and Jeb Bush is already in the air. I did not vote for Romney, and I will not vote for Jeb Bush, Pork Porkie, or any other GOPe candidate. Period.

Bookmarked.
