"Creepy Ass-Cracker" isn't racial. That led Jabba to issue the rape warning. Even the defense attorney misunderstood, so went along with the racial meaning.
To bad the defense didn't ask Jabba, "Was St. Trayvon afraid of being raped by the ass-cracker or was that your idea?"
These media pundits' tendentiousness would manipulate their audiences toward the idea that not only is what the defense team promulgates racist, but that even if what the defense alleges Travon did is true, it should be excused, criminal, attempted murder notwithstanding. Furthermore, Trayvon's culture demands that GZ's arrogance of presuming a right of lethal self-dense (consider it the dregs of existing, white man's law in their newly-contrived view) must be seriously punished with the 30-year imprisonment allowed under the law the prosecution has picked.

Something like 70% of the nation's young black males grow up fatherless.That all too often creates a "Lord Of The Flies" situation for these males...they teach each other what it is to be a man.The success of this "policy" is seen in every inner city in the nation.

When the cultures change but the same dynamics remain regardless of nation or time period, then it's likely that race is the key dynamic. That's not to say that all members of that race will act in suit, but it is to acknowledge that one race has appears to have a greater predilection toward violence regardless of culture.

And why are some groups always on the top and some groups always on the bottom? For example, in academic aptitude and IQ tests Asians and whites always average higher than black people. On the other hand, black people dominate the Olympic sprints. Isn't it possible and even likely that race is a major (if not the major) factor in those outcomes?
Why then can't we look at certain groups always occupying the lower tiers of various societies and say that their genetics play a major role in that outcome? It would defy both evolution and logic to acknoweledge that the various races evolved for millennia apart and acknowledge differing physical characteristics and biological characteristics (predilection to certain diseases), but then completely dismiss the idea that evolution likely resulted in differing average aptitudes and predilection toward violence among the races.
The idea that race doesn't matter is a new idea in the scheme of world history. It contradicts statistical, anecdotal, and historical evidence; and is grounded in the politics of trying to create multicultural states more than it is science.
