Posted on 07/08/2013 1:30:48 PM PDT by Jim Robinson

Time to flood their switchboards. Don't let the traitors get away with robbing us of our jobs, destroying our economy, giving up our sovereignty. Kill the amnesty bill before it kills us!!

We did it before, we can do it again.

Sean wanted Rubio for veep because Rubio’s a Hispanic which is pretty shallow reasoning but Sean has been against this amnesty bill.

Bachmann, Steve King, Gohmert, and Stockman look good. Maybe Rohrabacher, who threatened to remove Boehner as speaker.

People like Gowdy and Goodlatte are creating comprehensive immigration bills in the House, and I am hoping they will see the light some day, but right now I would not count on them.

I would not apologize for telling the truth. However, I will say that when we see what the pieces of the House "Comprehensive Immigration" bill have in them, people who assumed that all we have to do is kill the senate bill will pay more attention, and should become more active.

Rep. Erik Paulsen, Minnesota joins congressman Bachmann being firmly against amnesty, in fact, maybe one of the Democrat Representatives from the rural areas may be against the amnesty, I’d have to double check it.

I don't think the House immigration bill officially exists yet, but it when it does, it might have "legalization" instead of a path-to-citizenship. I think of "amnesty" as either of the above, but others have different definitions.

Is Paulsen opposed to the senate bill? To Obama's Dream Act?

Opposed to the Senate Bill, I can’t answer your 2nd question. I’m not well-versed on the topic, I’d hope he is.

Sean has been against this amnesty bill.

Against the senate bill, bur I'm not sure he is against a path-to-citizenship. (I don't have cable any more).

If there were more Dems who might at least oppose a bad immigration bill, that would help.

I basically only listen to SH on radio fairly frequently, not on TV. Yes, he’s for “securing the border” iron-clad first and then talk of the other. Hard to say he has spoken for “path-to-citizenship”, more like one step at a time so to answer your question, perhaps if the border were indeed shut down tight, we’d move to the next issue but we basically know, almost with 99% certainty, we are not going to get a secured border.

I have seen his TV show a number of times all the same, he just repeats what he says on his show. That’s the thing with Sean, he repeats himself so much, broken record “I’ve gone down to the border and seen for myself blah, blah, blah.”

Sean had his man-crush on Marco Rubio for being vice-president, I haven’t heard him rant on Rubio for quite a while now.

They called today, asking for money to defeat Obama and his agenda. I asked “why?”. I told them that this amnesty travesty is playing right into Obama’s hands, and that there are 14 Republican senators who need to be primaried. I told him that the senate bill will change this country forever.

Our conversation went on for a while but, in short, I told him that I would be controlling my purse strings, and not the GOPe...ever again.

BUMP. No need to apologize, Lakeshark. This is the most important issue of our time. Everyone, without exception needs to be paying attention and needs to be making calls and sending e-mails. It’s the very least we can do.

We’re not rich. We can’t buy TV ads.

We know we have 70 solid votes for the Constitution... there were 70 that vowed to fight this tooth and nail... now if they have been successful at bringing more on board is the question.

I just tried to use Boehner's email address. It still won't work. I'll send him another fax and talk to his voicemail once more today, and once more tomorrow morning. I'm going to call my rep again, and send him another fax, even though he is claiming he is solidly in our camp.

Keep up the pressure. Presume we can win this by acting.
