There’s a term for these released prisoners: “Jerry’s Kids”
It stems from the actions of our Governor, Jerry Brown.
We have a “Rehab Center” (actually a sexual predator prison with a politically correct name) very near where I live.
Most occupants are sent there AFTER completing their initial prison sentences. Once put into that place, less than 1% EVERY leave. (Obviously there is a problem with the intended “rehab”.) When/if they do get out they, like the individual in this story, are put back to the same last know location they came from. Sick people they are!!!!!!
