Its not so much that he thinks hes above the law as that he thinks he is the law.

While the president does have substantial discretion about how to enforce a law, he has no discretion about whether to do so.
Section 1513(d) of the Unaffordable Care Act (aka Obamacare) states unequivocally, The amendments made by this section shall apply to months beginning after December 31, 2013. In other words, the provisions of Obamacare become fully effective in 2014, as a matter of duly enacted federal law.

Given the current configuration of the Constitution, every 4 years we elect a dictator, not a president.
The only thing that has not surprised me is that he isn`t dead yet. They shot Lincoln and JFK for less.
Not that I condone obama`s head being blown up or anything horrible like that.
What is there to challenge in court? The law is the law. Obama’s decrees are not the law.

That’s not what John Boehner says and he should know, he’s kissed the ring.
And he is as long as the spineless GOP 'leadership' let him get away with it.
