I pray for a fair and just verdict. My support and thoughts go out to the Zimmerman family and the defense team as we wait.

MOM said then he will seek a dismissal and attorneys fees from anyone who files. Stand you ground has tort immunity. No OJ civil cases in fl as a matter of black letter law.
Can SYG be used without a hearing in a criminal court?

Yes, they made a great tag team. West was out there working to defend GZ. MOM was too - although he is very tied in to the power structure of the corrupt system. I think I ‘d take West any day of the week. He is understated and he is a fighter.

Perhaps the grand jury would be enough, but I still think we shouldn’t just willy-nilly accept a self-defense claim just because someone says so. Well, of course. But it depends on the evidence, doesn't it? Investigations need to follow the evidence. If there is no evidence to convict...
