Now let's give those three the benefit of the doubt for a moment, and say they Becerra's statement was based on a misunderstanding, and they are not going to vote for such a thing. In that case, they should not want to be in a group which includea an irresponsible Becerra shooting off his mouth.

Since when have these "Gang" sub-Committees in both the Senate and House become new official Congressional authories? Who sanctioned them? Or the authority of "Czars" for that matter?
