As to the DOJ, just what could we possible expect from the likes of the black liberationist and Marxist, Holder? He proved his "colors" when he refused to prosecute the blatant voter intimidation by the Black Panters in 2008.
Well, in the end, the proof is in this pudding, "NOT GUILTY!"
They had no evidence. The original DA and police knew it, the defense knew it...and this prosecutor and the DOJ all know it.

Federal Marshalls would serve such an egregious warrant...it would be a federal one.
