This article below is from last Thursday. Surely the Attorney General has spoken to his FBI, right? If this Miami Herald article is correct, I can’t imagine how the DOJ can prosecute George Zimmerman. But….I might be missing something so we will have to wait and see..

Democrats and other leftists do not need facts and information to form their opinions. It does not matter what the FBI found, or what the jury found, or the facts of the case concerning Zimmerman. Does it with this Administration?

Given the number of riots and protests based on nothing, we have already become a third world country. Young people have been taught to fight the law to support their version of justice. We are living in dangerous times.

Mark Levin said something interesting tonight: This is just a distraction. They have no case, and will fail at any more prosecution efforts. But the whole effort is to take the attention off Benghazi, 0bummerCare, and especially immigration.

We should send a few bucks to Zimmerman's legal defense fund if we can, and then move on to immigration right away. Zimmerman is in good legal hands—but the immigration bill is an existential threat to America right now.

O’Reilly just said Zimmerman instigated the whole thing. He says it was not a racist killing, but nevertheless, Zimmerman was responsible for what happened because he got out of his
car and was suspicious of Martin because he was wearing a hoodie and there had been lot of burgleries in the neighborhood. I posted an article this morning where I predicted that O’Reilly would blame the killing on Zimmerman.

The only other civil rights violation would be that Zimmerman abused an authority and acted under color of authority to deny Martin his rights. That's what they used on the cops who beat Rodney King.

The problem is that Zimmerman is a common citizen, and has no "authority" from which to deny Martin his rights.

So it's either a hate crime or nothing, from a federal standpoint.

What Holder’s describing in his ‘common cause’ comment at the link below is tribalism.

In Holder’s world view he’s not a member of the human race, he’s not an American, he’s not even a Chicagoan. He’s a member of a BLACK TRIBE.

That’s his total identification... Black people - black criminals, black doctors, lawyers, pedophiles - whatever - as long as they’re black - are his tribe - and ‘white’ people are NOT. Asians are NOT. Hispanics are NOT. Irish are NOT. In short - he’s a racist - and proud of it.

Holder needs to step down - he’s a disgrace to the office.
