Rick Scott's talking points:

1) Corey is a "tough prosecutor"
2) I don't know anything else

Wasn't appointing that behemoth to persecute playing politics in the first place Governor?

Scott started this train rolling because of politics now he doesn’t know anything.

At this point, Scott should just shut his trap and hope people gradually forget his role in INSTIGATING this whole debacle.

Its tough to avoid viewing the verdict with a political eye when politics were why the trial happened in the first place.

For some strange reason, cave-ins to political pressure never quite work out the way the caver-inner expects. Why do you suppose that is?

And why do the caver-inners never seem to learn from it?

I wonder what the discussion would be if Travon Martin was laying in a bed in Florida, supposedly mentally challenged, and someone around him decided it would be a neato idea to let him die of thirst?

Exactly. Scott turned this into politics when he appointed Angela Corey.
I hope the good folks in Fla kick him out come election time.
I hope the large Hispanic community joins in that effort.

Florida Gov. Rick Scott: We shouldn't turn Zimmerman verdict into politics

You are a politician and you stuck your nose into this when you shouldn't have and now that it has been bloodied you want out.

Too late Rick. When are you going to ask for Angela Corey's resignation???

Now that Zimmerman has been acquitted it shouldn't be about politics.

Had he been convicted, however,...

It’s a little late for that, Gov. Asshole.

Chickens coming home to roost for the Guv who allowed mob threats to force him to appoint a special prosecutor when it was not called for. Don’t negotiate with terrorists Ricky, they just demand more.

Is she a tough prosecutor, Rick?

“Yes. Batshit crazy, too, with the scruples of a drunken frat boy.”

“Wait a second. Did I say anything after ‘prosecutor’?”

If there weren't going to be charges, then an appointment of a special prosecutor meant there would be charges and then those charges were found to be without merit....

doesn't that mean the Governor, the State Attorney General and the special prosecutor committed a conspiracy against George Zimmerman's right to a FAIR trial?

Just asking. So far, his team is going after the network, the special prosecutor and I think the prosecution 'team', too.

No reason to cut the list short, don'tchknow!
