The European Union has issued orders forbidding its member states from cooperating, transferring funds, giving scholarships or research grants to bodies in Judea and Samaria, eastern Jerusalem, and even the Golan Heights, Haaretz wrote Tuesday.

The new instruction, promulgated by the European Commission, which is the operative arm of the EU, sets parameters for cooperation between the EU and its members states, on the one hand, and Israeli governmental and private elements on the other. The instructions are for the years 2014–2020 and will go into force on Friday, July 18. …

Why, yes. No comparison necessary. After WW I the League of Nations said that the Jewish Homeland belonged to the Jews, was 70% bigger than it is now, and that the British were only caretakers until we were able to have our own state. Then the British decided to give 70% to their buddy Hussein after they failed to make his brother King of Syria and removed him as King of Iraq, inventing the new country of Transjordan. How did the “caretakers” give away that which was not theirs? How dare the EU decide to unilaterally decide that a big chunk of the remaining 30% is not ours, after we paid for it thrice in blood (once in 1918, once in 1948, and once again in 1967)? They are still going to sell beer to stores in Judah and Samaria, aren’t they? How big of them./s

My comment w2as in reference to what was done to Austria and specifically Hungary! So there is a history of a band of nations tearing apart the boundaries of other countries.
