NUGENT: Zimmerman should sue Trayvon’s parents
Rare ^ | July 17, 2013 | Ted Nugent

Posted on 07/17/2013 12:02:11 PM PDT by CivilWarBrewing

You can’t be “sort of” a rhythm-and-blues grinding guitar slayer. You either kill or you aren’t. If you aren’t, you’re a hopelessly white guitar player who has paid for too many guitar lessons and not listened to enough Howlin’ Wolf and Chuck Berry music. The same goes for freedom: You are either a free man or you aren’t. Unless you’re George Zimmerman.

George Zimmerman is thankfully and rightfully not facing any jail time for legally defending himself, but he is far from a free man.

In addition to looking over his shoulder the rest of his life for racist goons looking to cause him harm, Mr. Zimmerman may also face some trumped-up civil-rights charge by the most corrupt and racist attorney general in the history of the nation. Mr. Zimmerman may also face a wrongful-death civil suit brought by Trayvon Martin’s family, who refuse to admit their son was a troublemaker who brought about his own demise.

While there is little he can do to protect himself from a civil-rights charge by our gun-running, pro-New Black Panthers attorney general, Mr. Zimmerman may have some legal room to move regarding a wrongful death lawsuit by Trayvon Martin’s family. George Zimmerman should consider suing Trayvon Martin’s parents.

Interesting angle here. Since Trayvon was a minor at the time of his attack on George Zimmerman, his parents are his legal guardians and responsible for his actions.

If I were GZ I would sue everyone.

For those who say it would look bad, the media could not portray him any worse than they have.

Unleash the hounds of hell George.

They’s be “ni—a” rich!

I think GZ has a strong civil rights case against the state of Florida for bringing an unlawful, patently racist, prosecution against him.
Think holder will make the call?

Why doesn’t the insurance company go after his parents for insurance fraud? Tell Nugent to fund a lawyer to sue the parents. Add Crump and Parks to the list of defendents.

Nothing to be gained here. They are the “grieving parents who lost their teenage son” to the vast majority of Americans. George could only greatly damage himself in the court of public opinion by pursuing such a lawsuit.

I’m surprised the insurance company settled so quickly.

This is not on topic but would someone explain to me the relevance of Mr. Nugent. I keep reading reference on FR about his being a “rocker” but I have never heard of the dude (disclaimer here: I have not followed rock and roll since the 70s). The only claim to fame here on FR seems to be his views on guns—and here we have political commentary.

Has he ever had hits on Billboard’s Top 100? Just curious.

i agree, the main culprit would be the prosecution, unfortunately, they’re immune from prosecution right?

i would only do this if tm’s parents sued george. countersue. i would not do it if they didn’t sue george first.

he’s gonna be too busy going after the prosecutors and corey.

To the headline: yes siree and Sharpton, Jackson, obama, Holder and all the other race mongers that tried to lynch him for defending himself.

All “single moms” who intentionally reproduce without any intention of having the father in the household should be sued by the country as being a nuisance to public health and well-being.

Homeowners association paid (via insurance)on advise of their, and most likely, insurance company attorneys. I don’t think that insurance company can get their money back.

"I’m surprised the insurance company settled so quickly."

They had to. They didn't want to appear 'racist' by delaying it. One of the many perks of being black and being backed by black activists (domestic terrorists).

Raise (barely) a son to commit assault & battery upon others and become a millionaire.. And the people running this country agree. We’re in DEEP SH!T and this thing ain’t over. Holder won’t be happy until all whites are disarmed and blacks pummel us all dead.

True, but GZ can go after their attorney’s license. If there is enough evidence, they could be disbarred. Slim to none chance.
