The one at the ened, whom the Police were holding down and then let go, sure ran off fast when they let him up.
Those bean bags can hurt, but they will not stop determined, or crazed rioters. They were hoping (and apparently it worked) that these people were not so determined and certainly not craazed...yet.
They need to shoot a mix of paint balls. One set with a really nasty itching powder and a second set with blue leather dye.

B. Roll a Fatty
C. Show off your T-Shirt with clever political slogan (see long hair hippie hit the ground around 1:25)
D. Linger until the guy with the Bean Bag gun shoots you in the nads.
