SANFORD, Fla. —
Federal investigators want the public's help as they try to decide whether George Zimmerman violated Trayvon Martin's civil rights, but Channel 9 learned Sanford's mayor has a big problem with how the feds are collecting tips.
The email address justice officials created reads Sanford.Florida@USDOJ.gov.
Sanford Mayor Jeff Triplett believes that email address indirectly blames the entire city for what happened to Martin, despite all their work to get rid of the stigma.
A jury on Saturday acquitted Zimmerman of second-degree murder charges in Martin's shooting death.
Channel 9's Karla Ray got a copy of the letter Triplett sent to Washington, D.C., demanding the email address be changed.
"It's just absolutely wrong. I'm outraged," said Triplett.

He’ll be fine at Siesta Key. Not exactly Sanford.
Sanfaord Mayor prays for justice. He got the justice that was deserved in two cases. martin got his justice and unfortunately Zimmerman, although found innocent, will recieve no “justice” (meaning peace).
Now the good Mayor needs to start knocking heads of those who would tear his city appart and do harm to others be they black, white or purple.

The mayor is pissed, rightfully, that the DOJ put the name of his town in the email address.
I have been praying very hard that all the evil these people devise against Zimmerman boomerangs back their direction in bucketloads. I do believe that is in progress more every day.
Paybacks are h*ll.
Don’t you worry. .Siesta Key is geographically hundreds of miles and a gazillion miles in other ways from Sanford.
His manager wanted charge filed no matter the guilt.

OK, spotted the extra “.” at the end of gov and removed it.
They don’t care who they smear or ruin!!!!
No sympathy for a pansy-ass White Guilt Liberal mayor who panders to the Black Ku Klux Klan.
Had he let Sanford PD do their job...the DOJ would never have done this.
I feel bad for the honest folks in Sanford...but their White Guilt Liberal mayor is a big problem....vote him out next time
