Congress has learned that they can put massive bills together and hide special provisions deep inside, at least long enough to get the bill passed.

Pelosi: We gotta pass it to find out what is in it.

That was true with Obamacare.

The Senate version of amnesty is about 1000 pages with a supplemental amendment of about 900 pages. 1,900 total pages. Yeah, a lot of things can be hidden in 1,900 pages.
