WASHINGTON (AP) -- The White House is considering canceling a fall summit between President Barack Obama and Russian President Vladimir Putin in Moscow, a move that would further aggravate the already tense relationship between the two leaders.

You got it exactly right. It’s not Syria or any political or ideological disagreement between the two communists.

I mean - the entire WORLD needs to see Putin make Obama cringe up like a pansy-ass beyotch once again....
Putin has zero respect for Barry. Barry can do nothing about it so he avoids direct contact. It may be that in private Putin has been in Barack’s face and his ego can’t handle another encounter.
Barry is a neighborhood bully who is an empty suit without the power of the government and press behind him. It is easy use Harry Reid, Pelosi and the press to beat up on Boehner and McConnell. It is easy to use the NSA to spy on political enemies and the IRS to harass them. It is difficult to go one on one with a man who is fearless, confident and against whom you have no power.
Putin has no fear of the US press, US public opinion, the federal bureaucracy, or Barry’s words. In fact he laughs at them. Barry’s community organizer “weapons” cannot work with Putin and Barry has eviscerated the US military so Putin doesn’t even fear it. By now Barry has even learned that appeasement doesn’t work, it just makes Putin laugh louder. Hence the decision to cancel the meeting.
