The IRS scandal was connected this week not just to the Washington office—that had been established—but to the office of the chief counsel.
That is a bombshell—such a big one that it managed to emerge in spite of an unfocused, frequently off-point congressional hearing in which some members seemed to have accidentally woken up in the middle of a committee room, some seemed unaware of the implications of what their investigators had uncovered, one pretended that the investigation should end if IRS workers couldn't say the president had personally called and told them to harass his foes, and one seemed to be holding a filibuster on Pakistan.
Still, what landed was a bombshell. And Democrats know it. Which is why they are so desperate to make the investigation go away. They know, as Republicans do, that the chief counsel of the IRS is one of only two Obama political appointees in the entire agency.

It doesn't take much imagination to figure out that Hussein 0bama instructed the IRS to hit The Tea Party, while saying that he "wasn't going to be Swiftboated by them". There are clearly enough leads to indicate that this scandal goes right into the Oval Office and stops at the Lincoln desk where the kenyan usurper parks his butt and his dirty feet (when not playing golf or on vacation).
If the GOP had any real leadership, Hussein 0bama would be on the run.

Maybe that Hussein has so much info on so many corrupt congressmen that all we hear from the house and senate is purring?

There is no GOP. It went away a long time ago. Now there is only the Democrat Party. Totally serious. I think it's a massive infiltration and takeover -- look at McCain: the 2008 Republican candidate for president is, for all practical purposes, one of the biggest Democrats in Congress.
Bingo! All white people are racist, especially republicans in congress. Holder is saying it, CNN is saying it, Chrissy Mathews is saying it......Trayvon’s death is going to be used to save obama. His life is worth more than that of an ambassador.
Today's reality is that there is no longer the idea of a "bombshell."
The truth is that Obama won't act on it, or feel compelelled to act on it, Holder will shrug it off, the Senate will huff and puff, and Boehner will mumble something and walk away.
The rule of law is no longer being enforced by anyone.
Except if YOU stand your ground and refuse to allow it to continue.

A couple years ago when all the people marched on Washington DC, we saw Marine One flying over the Capitol. There is only one person who has the authority to fly over that piece of turf.
I knew at that moment that Obama marked us as his enemy.

What should happen is that everybody from the top down goes to jail. But it wont. The public is already tired of the irs scandals and is more interested in justin peeper and the mop bucket.
You are absolutely correct. That has become apparent as people are murdered due to the illegal gun running of Fast and Furious or by being abandoned in Benghazi and the public responds with a collective yawn. Not that long ago all channels would have been running 24 x 7 demanding impeachment!

It is abundantly clear that the federal level of the United States is controlled by one party, the ruling class party. The two factions of the ruling class, the democrats and the GOPe, are as two mafia families that divide territory and operations. The Tea Party is a true second party and both GOPe and democrats are united against it.
That could be. But with this administration, there could be something even bigger coming, that they are even more afraid of. Can’t help but wonder about Hastings, and what he was looking into. Really bizarre times.
My nephew played golf with Scott Walker on Tuesday and likes him. I asked him what he thought about Boehner and he said he was not impressed at all.
How the heck did this weak link get to be Speaker???
The GOP is like those famous people who, when they die, one is surprised because you thought they were already dead.
