Stealth DNA no doubt.

The will do it at any blood draw for even routine testing.

Stealth acquisition of DNA.

This government is obsessed with collecting personal information on every aspect of our lives but does nothing constructive with it.

What are they going to do with HIV infected blood samples?

Quarantine the carrier? - No way!

More likely they will start pushing for a law making AIDS a civil rights issue, declaring it illegal to treat AIDS carriers any differently than a healthy, non-infected person.
