Boehner and everyone else who pays attention knows the debt ceiling will be raised and there will be no cuts. He’s banking on the fact that nobody is paying attention and wants to be on record saying this. He does it every time. Often he’s described as having caved. That’s not true.

Unfortunately, even the good guys in congress don’t seem to grasp the extreme cuts needed to restore our republic. It reminds me of someone tipping a waitress 2 cents on a $100 meal.

We need significant, painful cuts. No pain, no gain.

That would only be true if the stuff that’s happening isn’t what he wants. Since the growth of government, the propping up of the ruling class, and destruction of America is his goal, his fortitude isn’t in question. We need to understand that. The Republicans aren’t stupid, being run over, outmaneuvered, or spineless. They’re complicit. They want what’s happening as much as the Rats do.
