Gives you a little insight into how much Obama is truly governed by his own hubris that he’s not throwing up his hands and running for the tall grass at the mere sight of this.

Think about that while you're job hunting. :D

WTH is a “moderate democrat”?

A weak kneeded pseudo conservative that believes all the lies about Republicans the MSM spews out and thus they call themselves democraps, but in reality they are more aligned with conservative values, but they just won’t admit it because they buy the whole MSM lie that conservatives and Republicans are evil...

This is why the Dems are going to dump Obamacare by the end of January next year.

Bet on it. The ground work is already being laid:

1. Delays in parts of the law.
2. Harry Reid complaining about the funding levels.
3. Continuing lawsuits by religious organizations.
4. AFL-CIO letter.
5. Obama campaigning for it.

“Democrats who are ideologically moderate or conservative.”

Is there such a thing? I doubt it. These are Democrats just as ideologically “moderate” and liberal Republicans are Democrats by another name.

What we have here are rats leaving a sinking ship. You’ll probably find that those Democrats suddenly opposing Obamacare are the ones up for reelection in 2014.

there’s a problem with the importance of the numbers

the “Moderate and Conservative” Democrats are, in Congress, publicly nearly nameless and faceless as only Marxist/Progressive/Uber-Liberals are in charge of the party and the party line and the public party message

to actually have a LEADING role in the Democratic party

moderate and Conservative Democrats need their own “Tea Party”

I wish I could be more optimistic, but Obamacare is here to stay. We may get some rollbacks on the law, but with Obama still in office, and a Hillary presidency looming, I think we’re stuck with it.

2014 elections should be good for GOP both house and senate. If Issa keeps up a slow trickle and lands the big one (IRS) around January/Feb, you’ll see a GOP win. The scandals need to be fully drawn out.

I think the worst case scenario is that there will be no change in the current overall majorities of both Houses; best case the GOP takes the Senate.

2016 is too far away.

Until results show up at the voting booth, these polls mean nothing.

Though I think it does present an opportunity if the GOP had the righ candidate for 2016.

RE: Technically Obama could claim it wasn’t his law.

Might as well be his...

1) He signed it.

2) Campaigned for it.

3) Fought for it in the courts.

4) Said in his 2012 campaign that he actually likes the fact that it’s named after him.

IMO, house will stay close to what it currently is...while the senate could gain 5. Alaska is a big one for GOP to win the senate seat. They need to spend time and money there.

I’m hoping for six in the senate, otherwise Biden would hold the tie breaker.

A lot of this depends on how well Issa and the GOP can deliver on the scandals. IRS beingthe biggest.

It will train wreck in such a manner that tens of millions will find themselves without coverage and will PANIC.

The CRISIS will be used to usher in Single Payer, their goal all along. Perhaps with the interim step of a Public Option.

You don’t get single payer without a Dem House and a Dem supermajority in the Senate. If Obamacare collapses, I don’t see the voting public running back into the arms of the Dems to provide an even bigger Gvt solution.

Pubbies almost always vote for these expanded CHiP programs and expanded Medicaid. What makes you think they’re not gonna vote for a Public Option in the middle of a panic crisis?
