It’s been almost two weeks since the acquittal of George Zimmerman in the shooting death of Trayvon Martin in Florida. Now, the Detroit City Council is adding its voice to a call for a federal investigation.
Council members unanimously passed a resolution Tuesday calling for the U.S. Department of Justice to look into the case for possible civil rights charges.
Zimmerman, a neighborhood watchman, was acquitted of murder charges in Martin’s death on July 13.

I would have thought that Detriot had problems enough of their own without inserting their proven wisdom into a local issue 1,000 miles from home.
But then, that’s just me.
Any mention of the “Detroit City Council” should include “bankrupt” as a modifier.

Zimmerman should spend the next 5 years suing the pants off the MSM and racebaiters like Detriot’s council and Jesse Jackson, etc. He obviously will get sued anyways by TMartin’s family, so... since life gave him lemons he should make lemonade.
The entire Detroit City Council should be doing 15 to life in prison.
