TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - FCRA calls for Angela Corey's removal from local case

The Florida Civil Rights Association has issued a letter to Gov. Rick Scott requesting for State Attorney Angela Corey be removed, and that a special prosecutor be appointed in the shooting death of Jordan Davis on November 23, 2012.

The two page letter to Governor Scott states that a new Special Prosecutor is needed to "suppress racial tension created in the failed prosecution by Corey and her staff that led to a not guilty verdict in the George Zimmerman murder trial of Trayvon Martin."

The letter continues to say that Ms. Corey created the appearance that she will, "not afford the Defendant a fair trial and will not afford the victim and the surviving case a fair opportunity to have their voices heard at trial."

J. Willie David, president of the Florida Civil Rights Association, continued the letter saying, "The Florida Civil Rights Association believes appointing a special prosecutor to replace State Attorney Angela Corey is the right thing to do for the victim, Jordan Davis, and the suspect, Michael David Dunn. The State and Federal constitutions demand public confidence in our criminal justice system with Corey and her staff has failed."

Channel 4 reached out to Angela Corey's office Wednesday night for comment on the Florida Civil Rights Association's letter. Her office simply responded with "no comment."

The last time J Willie stuck his nose under the tent was to proclaim his civil rights advocacy for ousted stealth juror Jerry Counelius. You may remember the nutcase, “E-7, who was dispatched for his proclamations against George Zimmerman while demanding he be allowed to sit on the jury. The Jerry Counelius who eventually had to be given a trespass notice by the Sheriff’s Department because he kept returning to the courthouse after he was released from jury consideration.

J Willie wanted to represent Jerry because he felt his civil rights were violated.

J Willie previously helped remove Sanford Police Chief Bill Lee, and proclaimed that George Zimmerman represented a threat to public safety. J Willie also helped Natalie Jackson push for federal intervention against the unlicensed barber shops in Seminole County. Not to stop the barber shops from conducting business, but rather to demand the black barber shops not be required to hold such pesky license’s as the rest of the hair and grooming industry. Racist regulations.

Now that George Zimmerman has been acquitted by a jury of his peers, J Willie David III wants to throw Angela Corey under the Grievance Industry Bus?

I'd rather see a legitimate charge of prosecutorial misconduct against Corey. They can use her academy award style, post trial speech as evidence.

I wonder just how many white people belong to the Florida Civil Rights Association? Probably none, unless it has acted in that famously historic tradition of extortion and brow beating (ala Je$$e Jack$on) people/corporations to join under threat of targeting.

Don’t know the facts of this case or if Michael David Dunn-it, but we can guarantee he will not get a fair trial if Corey is involved. This offers a fine opportunity to “heal racial wounds” — everyone, black, white, pro-GZ, anti-GZ, should join hands to oust Corey and her corrupt crew. The CRS bedda get bizi.

Ha, who are they thinking has more of a track record in Florida of viciousness against defendants, her own employees, and the legal system itself.
