Holder has refused to follow the Law ever since he was appointed and confirmed. Is ANYONE going to hold him to account?

Holder has already been found in Contempt of Congress, but you apparently Boehner and McConnell don’t have the gonads between them to do anything, even withhold funs from the Dept of inJustice.
OK, so Holder refuses to obey the law. We all know that. What will be done about it?
Can a state refuse to comply? Holder has failed to comply several times.
How could the DOJ enforce anything? Oh, I know, they’ve got a lot of bullets!!!

Contempt of Congress is contempt for “We the People”.
It’s a mistake to blame this all on Holder. The AG is certainly a willing accomplice but the person trying to break the law is his holiness.
We are getting closer in this game of chicken initiated by nobama with Texas.
Texas has both a long and proud history of standing up to tyrants and we are better staffed now than in any time I can remember with Perry, Abbott and Cruz.

Fearful of beuing Impeached for Dereliction of Duty as CIC, Commie Obama has sent Holder out to joust at Windmills in Texas.
Always a sucker for smokescreen distractions the Liberal Agenda Media (LAM) dutifully will fill a good portion of their 24/7 support time for Commie Obama on the Texas jousting windmill story.
As the jousting windmill story dies down Holder will be sent out to create another smokescreen to prevent his boss from being impeached for the Dereliction of duty in the Benghazi Massacre.
Always oblivious to what Commie Obama is trying to cover up in the Benghazi Massacre, Speaker Boehner will still refuse to Impeach Obama, appoint a Special Prosecutor, or honor the requests of the 1000 Special Forces Petitioners yesterday to appoint a House Committee with subpoena powers.
Senator Cruz is correct on his appraisal of Holder, but seems oblivious to the reason Holder is jousting at the impeccable TEXAS Voting Rights identification Windmill.

I like your chutzpah but we are a long way from removing a tyrant. People remove tyrants when they have nothing left to loose and death is preferable to living another day under a despot. At present the American populace still live a comfortable life and find no reason to rebel against the slow erosion of freedom. I have no doubt that Texas would lead the charge but we are light years away from CWII.
