Jindal and Walker: Unworkable ObamaCare

Opaque rules, big delays and rising costs: The chaos is mounting.

Remember when President Obama famously promised that if you like your health-care plan, you'll be able to keep your health-care plan? It was a brilliantly crafted political sound bite. Turns out, the statement is untrue.

Aside from that small detail, the slightly larger problem is that the Obama administration doesn't have a health-care plan. Yes, the White House has a law with thousands of pages, but the closer we get to Oct. 1, the day government-mandated health-insurance exchanges are supposed to open, the more we see that the administration doesn't have a legitimate plan to successfully implement the law.

They will hire thousands of Affirmative action workers to help and then brag about how the unemployment rolls went down.

I think I read yesterday they will pay 20 bucks to 48 bucks an hour.

If you offered a heavily discounted BMW to anyone....but then admitted that it had a 2,700 page operators manual, I suspect most people would automatically decline. The original Social Security Act....was barely 65-odd pages. You could have read that over one evening. The minute that the bill got up to 1,000 pages....someone should have stopped the comedy at that point and suggested to keep the process limited, so it would actually work. That failed.

If you wrote 2,700 pages to the Bible....no one would read it.

If you developing a constitution for a country and announced it was going to be 2,700 pages....folks would just decline and stick with the King.

If you had a chance to get married but discovered the state had a 2,700 page book on marriage laws....you’d likely decline marriage and just stay single.

If baseball consisted of a 2,700 page rule book, we’d all decline to play.

is one Insurance Company or another
more friendly to Democrats?

if so, we need to help that company
enroll sick people into Obamacare.

please be as specific as you can!

Unworkable is a perfect tagline for Obamacare opposition. It is a rational response backed by fact and hard to combat in a debate.

If only we had representatives who had the balls to de-fund the entire thing, none of this would be worth talking about. It would be burried deeply in the billions of sheets of wasted paper. Perhaps they could use the wasted paper to heat the white hut.........
