Wow! Rush opens up his show talking about how boring a few people were who called in yesterday, then he spends the next ten minutes giving every minute detail about his cat’s urinary tract problems (or something). Even I was bored big time, and zoned out of his story. And I’m a cat lover!

I despise the GOPe bastards that think we should avoid the gov’t shutdown so that we can “win.” They are somehow basing this on the 95 shutdown. Now, outside of the principle of the issue, the reality is that the 95 shutdown forced Clinton to the right and to accept the Newt house budget, which resulted in helping the economic growth of the country.
The GOPe is admitting that they are more interested in hanging out with thier friends at cocktail parties and not having to deal with arguments, than they are in doing the right thing for the average citizen. The entire east coast elitist crowd needs to be tarred and featherd!
Oh, and didn’t Reagan go through a shutdown and get re-elected?

Yah Rush must think people listen to hear about him and his goings on and I for one listen for his take on the news, been turning him off a lot lately, way boring.
Plus his old tired open line Friday needs to be gone, just do the damn show. Yah I’m just a complainer.
