Two weeks after George Zimmerman was acquitted in the death of Florida teen Trayvon Martin, the only person on the jury who is a member of an ethnic minority said in an ABC News interview that Zimmerman got away with murder.
Juror B29, identified only by her first name Maddy, sat down with ABCs Robin Roberts, to discuss the trial for Good Morning America. As the first juror to show her face on camera, Maddy expressed both conviction and regret. You cant put the man in jail even though in our hearts we felt he was guilty, Maddy said of Zimmerman.
A nursing assistant and mother of eight children, Maddy, 36, who is Puerto Rican, said she believed she owed Trayvon .......

"I am not one of them..."
she “fought till the end” for a hung jury ( until the 2nd day of deliberations...)
Then brave sir robin bravely ran away.
Obama has gotten away with a lot more.
George Zimmerman “got away” will killing a thug who richly deserved to be killed, in a situation created by that thug, and when no other safe options remained. That is very different from getting away with murder.
What a confused woman.
She feels she let down Trayvon’s mother??? Really???
She feels Zimmerman got away with murder??
can’t believe this.
does she really feel she is staying anonymous by using only her first name but appearing on camera?????

I KNEW IT would be the “minority” juror . . just knew it . . .
Not for one minute did I think this would be the most objective juror . . for this idiot to think it was “murder” just shows how brainwashed blacks have become to items of fundamental fairness, justice and race. So much for the “Unifier” in the White House huh?
They call her Hispanic. It is easy to see she has a lot of black blood in her. Yet she is a minority and Zimmerman isn’t. Their blood is much the same.
If she believes Zimmerman was guilty she should have held out forever. She knows that he wasn’t but she wants a little fame , her 15 minutes.
Although it’s commendable that she ultimately allowed the rule of law to prevail over her “feelings,” this is why the justice system in this country needs to consider professional juries in some cases.
Jurors have to follow the instructions and apply reasonable doubt standards. Feelings/emotions are only human, but they shouldn’t trump the rule of law as it is written.
It says she was Puerto Rican? So at the same time, she’s a Hispanic as well. Mother of 8. Honestly, looking at these facts, I’m happy she apparently voted her conscience.
The jury found for the correct verdict, “Not guilty of 2nd degree murder or the other charges”. The evidence was not there. Not much more to draw from the verdict.
No, he saved his life.
save her skin, more like it. :)
She is not confused at all. It’s the “Black Code,” which holds that whenver a black person is in confrontation with a white person, all black people must rally to the defense of the black person, no matter how wrong the black person is. The “Black Code” was the reason for the OJ Simpson verdict.
It is inherently racist, completely disregards all facts and logic, and is alive and well in the United States.
Could this juror have been bought? And/or looking for a book deal. In which case showing her skin color would be helpful.
Evidence, it’s SUCH a pesky thing nowadays when one is on a jury isn’t it??! Why caaan’t I determine guilt based on race? Trayvon is black and Zimmerman a white hispanic so OBVIOUSLY Zimmerman is guilty of murder.
Scary stuff isn’t it? Knowing that morons who think like that - like this racist brain dead piece of pig vomit - are allowed on juries.
Wants the book deal with out the hate from her black bros.
Too bad its too late you sided with the “Crazy ass crakas”.
Guess that $$$ meant more than her safety
She’s a complete idiot on display for whatever she can get. The only person she owed anything was George Zimmerman, and she discharged that debt with her vote for the verdict. Why she would think she owes Martin’s mother anything at all is beyond me...
