A heavy, long course of Doxyclicine should bring her around, probably faster than you’d imagine.
105 degrees is not good but it’s not nearly as awful as it would be for a person.
I hope the vets are pumping IV Doxy into her.
If not, they should be.
Best wishes for her full recovery.

Is it a dog or cat?
It’s not optimal, no but the Doxy works really fast *if* it’s given time.
If it’s a dog, is it being cooled and given anti-inflammatories?
I’ve been to this rodeo with Lyme.
The dog lived to be 14 after becoming very symptomatic at 4.
