‘What difference does it make’, the pirate Roberts has placed the illicit stamp of the subpreme court approval on the whole scam. Little barry bastard boy no longer has to worry about the Constitution getting in his way ...

God Almighty I can’t believe this thug has three more years to destroy America, he’s already brought her to her knees, and this Congress mewls about illegal immigrants while running to have dinner with the thug.

Im not concerned about their opinions, the president said. Very few of them, by the way, are lawyers, much less constitutional lawyers. Really? In the current 113th Congress, 157 Representatives are lawyers and 55 Senators are lawyers. That means 40% of them are lawyers, That's quite a lot more than "very few". Obama lies, again.

Why doesn’t Obama just “suspend” all social security and medicare benefits for one year, while continuing to collect the taxes? He could then (truthfully) claim he balanced the budget.

It's ok. It's all legal. B0 says so.
After all, B0 is a brilliant lawyer and a constitutional law professor.
Except that he's unlicensed, so he's not really a lawyer. And he never was really an actual professor or constitution scholar.
But otherwise, did we say “brilliant?”

Clinton pared it down to two letters with the meaning of “is”.
Obama has done the ultimate with just “I”.

At that point, Obama explained that if Congress doesnt like what hes done, then lawmakers can try to do something about it. Im not concerned about their opinions, the president said. Very few of them, by the way, are lawyers, much less constitutional lawyers. And some Republicans think I usurp my authority by having the gall to win [steal] the presidency. [twice.] I was so happy to see that our brave band of emasculated GOP brothers got right on it!

There it is: The Obama presidency in full relief -- "I'm smarter...and more powerful...than you. If you don't like what I'm doing, just try and stop me."
Literally, a tyrant-in-progress.
Another three years of this will bring the republic to its demise.
Are you watching and listening, Republicans? Are you going to defend the republic? Are you up to playing the role of the "loyal opposition"?
Or are you going to cower in a corner...???

The king need not consult with lawyers when he is not bound to follow the law. If the president does something it can’t be illegal. Isn’t that the rule by the divine right of kings? That’s Obama!

As a matter of fact, Nixon did try it and was rebuffed by the Courts. His actions gave birth to the Congressional Budget and Impoundment Control Act of 1974. If monies were appropriated in FY 2013 for the execution of the parts of the health care act he has postponed, then Obie is in violation of the law.
I sent my rep, Mo Brooks an email asking him to explain to me whe Obama isn't in violation of the impoundment act and I did not receive a response,

If Nixon had tried something like this, he would have rightly been branded a rogue president. Can a Manchurian Candidate be considered rogue when he does what he was placed in power to do? I'd say neither "rogue" nor "President" applies to the communist in our White House, and I pray daily that our country will still be recoverable when we finally toss that corrupt druggie out of power.
